Evntec is the IT for our new business Elevation Medical Imaging. They are absolutely amazing! Every time we contact them with issues, we get a very quick response and they always get us back up and going. They never make us feel like a problem for calling...We truly appreciate their customer service and great attitudes. I have used EvnTec-Evanston IT Service for a lot of years. Their service is exceptional. They have always been able to help solve EVERY problem I have had--including being hacked (twice). They are kind and very patient and, it does not matter how long it takes, they get the issue resolved. Many people can do a job but the quality is different. EvnTec's quality is world-class. Again, I appreciate their very capable service and I would recommend them to anyone who has any issue with their computer. I do not live in Evanston. The technician comes into my computer remotely. It is great not to have to leave my home and travel to take my computer to another town to have the issue resolved. Thank you, Greg, for helping me out today!
